I am Currently attending Siena Heights University working on a Bachelor Degree in Community Services and possibly moving forward at the same school earning my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I was introduced to Stiggy’s by Amy Shelle, a total stranger at the time, but now a friend. I can’t exactly explain why, but I have a very special place in my heart for those who have fought for our freedom and served our country. We need to take care of them and if I can make each day better for them by adding at least a bit of sunshine, then I will end each day feeling more fulfilled. I want to help veterans overcome every obstacle inside and out.
I have only been with Stiggy’s a few weeks now, but I would love to become more involved and hopefully gain a permanent position there. I am currently the Apprentice under Matt and Donna, learning the ropes then I will potentially be able to help train the dogs and their handlers too.
