I received a email last month from a reporter asking questions. As always I am excited to talk to anyone who wants to help spread the word. I didn’t know where she heard Stiggy’s Dogs, or what the article would really be about, as we sent a few emails back and forth. A week later I received a copy of this article in the mail. (See below)

The same day I received this article, I got a call from Cammy Simmons, asking if  they can have donations be sent to Stiggy’s Dogs in honor of her father in-law Dan Simmons, who passed away. Sammy played in our Softball Tournament we had in North Carolina, she mentioned us to the family, and they all agreed. We are honored.

The unexpected generosity in honor of Dan Simmons and (Uncle)  Mike Barnett has put Stiggy’s Dogs in a position to place another dog with a Veteran by years end! Thank you to all who donated. Please follow along to see your gift give hope.
